Lewis Security Group, the Jarrow based specialists in physical and electronic security systems and services has embraced the Passionate about North East England campaign on their new web site www.lsgsecuritysolutions.com and have decided to use the regional branding on their literature and stationery.

Joint managing directors Sean Henderson and Scott Beresford own the company, which is now known as LSG. Sean, who initially worked as a locksmith and safe engineer whilst working with Lewis Security Group, he met Scott Beresford while working at a large national security systems installation company who specialised in all forms of electronic security. Their association developed to the point where they both determined on the acquisition of Lewis Security Group. Three years ago they bought the company and are now responsible for its successful daily running, managing sales and marketing as well as development.

When asked why they started supporting the Campaign, Sean said "When we started to re-brand the LSG image and logo we realised that we needed an identity. Positioning ourselves as a North East of England company does just that - a 21st century organisation with a strong history of over 35 years of supplying security products and services in the North East and a passion for what we do - security systems for industry, business and commerce."

Scott Beresford said: "I personally love living and working in the North East of England - whenever I travel to different regions on business I always present LSG as a North East company, and I'm proud of it! People in the region have a great reputation for hard work and enterprise and our people here at LSG are no exception."

Sean added: "Being passionate about our business when we talk to customers, suppliers and staff is natural for us, being part of the wider business community who support the North East Campaign adds credibility to what we say and do."

LSG has grown rapidly over the last two years because of Sean and Scott's persistence in sales and marketing their company, their passion for what they do stimulates not only their staff to do well at work but encourages clients from the region and throughout the UK to use their products and services. They are now main suppliers, installing physical and electronic security systems into many of the UK's largest companies from banks, through local government, retail chains to hotels and airports.
